More about me...

For the past 15 years I have worked in the lower mainland specializing in supporting individuals and families. In this time I have skillfully provided support to clients, helping them through various social and emotional challenges and circumstances. I have a varied and effective skill-set to guide my practice, and favour interventions that harness neuroplasticity and our biological need to connect with one another.

As a Clinical Counsellor and Tomatis® Practitioner, I am passionate about helping children, teens, and adults be their best selves. After experiencing, first had, the transformative power of the Tomatis® method and witnessing the positive impact it had on my child and family, I made the decision to travel to Paris and New York to train and become a certified practitioner. I continue to be inspired by my experiences with the method and remain a  proponent of using it to help people return to or discover themselves.

When I am not working, I enjoy yoga, spending time with friends and family, or doing what I consider to be my most important work--being a mother to my two boys.
