More about me...

For over 15 years, I have supported individuals and families across the Lower Mainland, helping clients navigate a wide range of social and emotional challenges. My core values as a therapist are integrity, authenticity, and compassion. My work is guided by approaches that harness neuroplasticity and our natural need for connection.

In my practice I largely draw on EMDR and AEDP, two research-supported therapies known for creating meaningful, lasting change. EMDR helps clients process distressing memories with greater ease, while AEDP supports emotional healing through secure attachment and deep, attuned connection. Both approaches tap into the brain’s innate ability to grow, reorganize, and heal.

I also help children, teens, and adults using the Tomatis® Method, The Tomatis® Method is a sound-based therapy that uses specially designed auditory stimulation to support brain function and enhance emotional, cognitive, and motor development. Witnessing the profound impact the Tomatis® Method had on my own family, I pursued specialized training in Paris and New York to become a certified Tomatis® Consultant.

After years of practice, I continue to be inspired by both my work and the incredible clients I have the privilege to support. The life-changing transformations that can occur when we stimulate and retrain neural pathways are truly remarkable.

Outside of my work, I enjoy yoga, eating yummy food, time with loved ones, and what I consider to be my most important role—being a mother to my two boys.
